What data and why

When you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email, phone, information about the house, message) only to answer your request and, where relevant, send you a quote.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer your request. If no contract follows, we delete it after 12 months at the latest.

Recipients

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which also processes form submissions on our behalf. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not share or sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to damiano@saguarda.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
